I have 18 years of experience Listing and Selling homes in the Richmond area and helping people like you become homeowners. I have a successful sales record. In 2006 my achievements included being #10 in the Mid Atlantic region for Unit Production, #3 in the USA for selling CENTURY 21 home warranties and I received the CENTURY 21 Master's Diamond Award. All of this would not have been possible without my wonderful office staff.
In 2002, I completed the course requirements and received the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation.
For those of you who want to know a bit of the personal side...I have graduated from Marymount School in Richmond, James Madison University and University of Richmond's Institute on Philanthropy. I have been married to Ralph Toomey since 1993 and we have two wonderful boys, Ralph and Sam. I was Auction Coordinator for the Tuckahoe YMCA's 2009 Bright Bash Gala and Auction. I am also a Junior Achievement Volunteer and teach at Elizabeth Redd Elementary School.
