I have 16 years of experience Listing and Selling homes in the Richmond area and helping people like you become homeowners. I have a successful sales record. in 2006 my acheivements included being #10 in the Mid Atlantic Region for Unit Production, #3 in the USA for selling CENTURY 21 Home Warranties and I have received the CENTURY 21 Master's Diamond Award. All of this would not have been possible without my wonderful office staff. In 2002, I completed the course requirements and received the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation. For those of you who want to know a bit of the personal side...I have graduated from Marymount School in Richmond, James Madison University and University of Richmond's Institute on Philanthropy. I have been married to Ralph Toomey since 1993 and we have two wonderful boys, Ralph and Sam, at Tuckahoe Middle School. They play football for the Middies, wrestle for Tuckahoe and swim for Avalon. I am Auction Coordinator for the Tuckahoe YMCA's 2009 Bright Bash Gala and Auction in September. I am also a Junior Achievement Volunteer and teach at Elizabeth Redd Elementary School.
